FormLang is designed to make form creation and management easier for your organization. Users fall into two categories: administrators and members. To get started, the organization administrator creates an account. Then, organization members can join that account. Find the appropriate guide below to set up your FormLang account.

Create your organization

  1. Visit the FormLang Portal.
  2. Click the Register link at the bottom of the page.
  3. On the Create your organization account page, follow the instruction to enter the required information.
  4. An email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will contain an activation link.
  5. Click on the activation link in the email.
  6. You will be taken to the FormLang Portal. Your organization account will be ready.

Join your organization

You may join your organization in two scenarios.

  • The administrator creates the account for you.
    In this case, you will receive the emails about your account.
  • you join your organization via the member registration link
    . To join your organization, please follow the general instructions below:
    1. First, the system will ask for your organization name. Please contact your administrator for the organization name. (The system will remember your organization information in your browser.)
    2. Next, the system will ask for your personal information, including your name, email, and password. Once you submit the personal information, you account will be created.
    3. Then, you may receive an email including the activation/confirmation link to your account. Please use the link to confirm your email and/or activate your account.
